Accessibility Statement for Dillon Beach Realty

Dillon Realty Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Dillon Realty Group is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Limitations and alternatives

There are certain third-party integrations that are essential to Dillon Realty Group’s operation of this website that Dillon Realty Group has no ability to edit. These integrations include the IDX solutions service that allows for Multiple Listing Service (MLS) properties to display and the NextGen / Imagely.com services that allow image galleries of properties to be served.

Through its webmaster agent, Dillon Realty Group has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.

As Dillon Realty Group does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of dillonbeachrealty.com, Dillon Realty Group believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:

(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden

Dillon Realty Group will pursue improvements in accessibility of third-party integrations as they become available and/or known to Dillon Realty Group.
